Deven is a very talented boy. At his Senior concert he had. He played amazing piano pieces. He snag in French and Broadway. He also did 2 hysterical speeches one he did with his friend and they are going to compete in Kansas City. One of the speeches was the Tortoise and the Hare and the other was the Big Bad Wolf. Missouri sites May 2010

Our last stop was at the temple lot. This is the
site dedicated by Joseph Smith for the temple in New Jerusalem.
The building in the background is the Community of
Christ's temple.

Liberty Jail
Emily and Heather with our Sister Missionary
who was our guide at Liberty. Her song was
finishing touch at the end of our tour. We will
always remember her.

Monday evening the Permann kindly spent time
with us at Adam ondi Ahman. They gave us a tour and
explained their missionary duties. Their is not a happier
people on earth.

Nauvoo May 2010

Carthage.
Monday morning Heather and Emily did baptisims.
President Petersen visited with us before we went into
the font and I was able to observe at the font and hand the girls
thier towels. It was a wonderful morning.

Nauvoo May 2010

Heather at the end of the Trail of Hope, or Trail of Tears.
Joseph stands with Brigham as they look our over the Mississippi.
Behind them is a monument to all that died on the journey across
the plains. Peter Shupe and Karen Kristine Nielsen's names are
written there.

Looking back at the temple from Parley's street.

Heather caught the boquet. Isn't Kristen beautiful?

Their car was Vinylized.

Nauvoo May 2010

President and Sister Ludwig (the grooms parents) arranged for the wedding party to have the buggy ride tour.
While we roade in the large buggy a narator told Nauvoo stories.

This is the Webb Blacksmith shop. Our Shupe ancestors had a blacksmith shop in Nauvoo and helped prepare saints to leave. Some of thier tools were donated and are in this shop.

This anvil is from the Shupes.

Heather and I enjoyedd the wedding festivities and especially time at the temple.
